#We share and embrace

Supportive team building, to learn how to work together while bringing some carefree fun to the lives of a group of foreign children who came to Italy to start treatment here.

This is the aim of the project “#We share: new organisational models post-pandemic”, this year in its second edition, organised by Confcommercio Roma in collaboration with the non-profit association Kim. This initiative saw Lottomatica Foundation act as Ambassador. A working team from the Lottomatica Group participated in a corporate volunteering session in the belief that at this point in time, the ‘sharing’ approach is the best way to involve people, enhance skills and increase internal productivity.

To mark the presentation of the project, the Chief People Officer of the Lottomatica Group and member of the Board of Directors of the Lottomatica Foundation, Giuseppina Falcucci, explained the value of this experience.
