Whistleblowing

Submit
a report

Fondazione Lottomatica promotes awareness of the procedure governing the process of receiving, analyzing, and managing reports applicable to the Foundation.

In this context, Fondazione Lottomatica provides individuals, members of its corporate bodies, and third parties who have business relationships with the Foundation with dedicated channels for submitting detailed reports regarding alleged unlawful events and/or conduct that could lead to the violation of:

  • provisions of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Foundation;
  • provisions set out in the Foundation’s Code of Ethics, in the Organization, Management and Control Model under Legislative Decree 231/01, and in the applicable internal procedures and guidelines, such as the Foundation’s “Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and Guidelines.”

The Foundation, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and, if requested by the whistleblower, anonymity, has chosen the following tools as channels for submitting reports:

  • a digital platform, the “EthicsPoint Platform”;
  • a dedicated phone line, available 24 hours a day, reachable at 800580241;
  • a direct meeting with those responsible for managing the reporting process.

Please note that the Foundation protects whistleblowers who, at the time of reporting, have reasonable grounds to believe that the information on the violations reported, publicly disclosed, or denounced is true and falls within the scope of the procedure, and prohibits retaliation against those who submit reports.

The Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary, sanctioning, and/or legal measures to protect its personnel, rights, assets, and image against anyone who has made reports in bad faith—that is, false, unfounded, or opportunistic reports—and/or made solely with the intent to slander, defame, or harm the person reported or other individuals named in the report.

Please note: Whistleblowing is not the correct channel for reporting disputes related to employment relationships or commercial matters.
