{"id":324,"date":"2023-01-10T12:25:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-10T11:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fondazionelottomatica.test\/legality-is-always-fundamental-even-in-the-sporting-field\/"},"modified":"2026-05-20T17:05:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-20T15:05:44","slug":"legality-is-always-fundamental-even-in-the-sporting-field","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fondazionelottomatica.officine06lab.com\/en\/legality-is-always-fundamental-even-in-the-sporting-field\/","title":{"rendered":"Legality is always fundamental, even in the sporting field"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>\u201cThe tools for the presidium of legality and prevention of corruption within sports clubs and federations: Legislative Decree No. 39\/2021.\u201d This is the title of the panel discussion, sponsored by the \u201cForo Italico\u201d University Foundation, held on November 6, which was also attended by <\/em><em><em>Lottomatica Foundation.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Sports law was the main theme of the panel discussion sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniroma4.it\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.uniroma4.it\/\">\u201cForo Italico\u201d University Foundation<\/a> in light of the latest regulatory interventions on preventing and combating corruption in sports clubs and federations. The debate is part of the initiatives planned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionelottomatica.it\/en\/news\/legality-a-common-commitment\/\">by the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of the Interior, the Center for the Study of Sports Law and Ethics of the University of Rome \u201cForo Italico\u201d and the Lottomatica Foundation<\/a>, signed last April, which aims to implement a common action for the development of the culture of legality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The panel discussion was organized with the intention of outlining an overview of the available tools, codes of conduct, organizational and management models-mandatorily marked by compliance with the principles of loyalty, probity and fairness-and touched on a variety of points and sides of the issue.
