With #work, recidivism drops to 2% (CNEL, <em>Prisons. The most significant data <\/em>, 2024).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This is precisely why \u201c<strong>Ripartenze: Riprendiamoci il Futuro<\/strong>,\u201d sponsored by <strong>Lottomatica Foundation<\/strong> and implemented by the training center of the nonprofit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elis.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.elis.org\/\">ELIS<\/a><\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong>Ministry of Justice<\/strong>, has kicked off. The project offers training and job placement pathways to those facing justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In Velletri Prison, eight inmates have already started training. After passing selection, they have completed the first phase of soft skills enhancement and are now specializing in technical roles. The path will lead them to work as Green Area Maintainers (Rome) and Plant Operators (Guidonia) for AVR Spa, a company that has been investing in the social value of work for years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If training means prevention, working means restarting.
