Lottomatica Foundation presents “The Digital State”
First debate of the cycle of meetings and book presentations promoted by the Lottomatica Foundation on the issues of sustainable and digital development and Italian and international social and economic current affairs. The event took place on Thursday, April 13, at the Centro Studi Americani in Rome with the presentation of the book “Lo Stato digitale” (Il Mulino) written by Luisa Torchia.
A book that analyzes all the main issues arising from the development of information and communication technologies. It is entitled “The Digital State” (Il Mulino) and was discussed at a debate organized by Fondazione Lottomatica on Thursday, April 13, at the Centro Studi Americani at 32 Via Michelangelo Caetani in Rome.
The volume was written by the professor of Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome Luisa Torchia, who in the essay assesses the situation on the existing interactions between innovation on the one hand and public law on the other.
During the debate, moderated by Class CNBC’s Rome bureau chief Janina Landau, Assonime director general Stefano Firpo, National Cybersecurity Agency director general Bruno Frattasi and Confindustria’s vice president for Digital Agostino Santoni spoke alongside the author.
The conclusions were the prerogative of constitutionalist and Lottomatica Foundation board member Alfonso Celotto. Lottomatica Foundation President Riccardo Capecchi and Center for American Studies Director Roberto Sgalla delivered the greetings.
